Beachbody Workout Meets Biggest Loser ContestantsI was up at 6 am this morning doing my exercise for the day. I was doing the Core Synergetics of P90X from Beachbody. I noticed the 3 little words that it had under ‘Beachbody’. Decide. Commit. Succeed. I thought about this. This could be for anything not just a workout. I shouldn’t say ‘just a workout’. Have you ever done P90X??? It isn’t a stroll in the park. My 2 hour runs pale in comparison. It uses so many of your muscles synergistically. Some of the exercises I can’t even do. Thank goodness they give a modified version of the exercise at hand.
