I went for a massage the other day in a new space and as I was filling out the intake form I came to a question, “do you have any troubles sleeping?” I marked the “No” box, and continued on. Suddenly it dawned on me just how significant that really was; it is the first time in about 11 years that I have been able to say I really don’t have any issues sleeping.
I honestly have no idea what it was in particular that brought on the vicious case of insomnia I came down with in my late teens, but I do know that I am glad to be over it! Insomnia is broken down into two categories… (more…)
